Sivas is an Electrical Engineer from NIT Trichy. After his graduation in 2014, he worked with Robert Bosch Engineering India in the Electric and Hybrid Vehicle division till June 2016. He pursued a PG Diploma in Liberal Studies through the Young India Fellowship organized by the Ashoka University. In 2017 he took up the LAMP fellowship and completed the same in April this year.
