Before joining Invest India, Sidharth worked as a Project Manager at Fraunhofer Center for Sustainable Energy (CSE) in Boston, Massachusetts. He worked on a wide array of projects, ranging from energy efficiency interventions in US buildings, to EVs and next-gen plug-and-play solar PV systems. He was part of the team that demonstrated the installation and commissioning of a 3kW rooftop PV system in less than 2 hours under the SunShot program of the US Department of Energy. Prior to Fraunhofer CSE, Sidharth obtained a MS in Energy Science, Technology and Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. While at Carnegie Mellon, he also worked at the Department of Electrical & Computer Engineering designing power flow algorithms for electrical networks.
