As the Marketing Lead at Invest India, you will lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing initiatives while harnessing the power of data analytics to drive investment promotion and business development efforts. Leveraging your extensive 15+ years of experience in marketing and data analytics, you will be responsible for creating data-driven marketing strategies, evaluating market trends, and identifying investment opportunities. Your leadership will play a vital role in enhancing Invest India's brand presence, attracting investors, and positioning India as a preferred investment destination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Strategy Execution: Execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with Invest India's investment promotion goals. Identify target markets, investor segments, and key industry sectors for focused marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analytics and Market Insights: Utilize data analytics tools and methodologies to analyze market trends, investor behavior, and industry performance. Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Investment Sector Analysis: Overlook in-depth analysis of various industry sectors to assess their investment potential and growth prospects in India. Identify emerging trends and opportunities to inform marketing strategies.
  • Investor Profiling: Develop detailed investor profiles based on data analysis to understand their preferences, needs, and investment criteria. Use this information to tailor marketing messages and content.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Develop KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness and track campaign performance. Provide regular reports to management with actionable insights and recommendations. Track campaign performances and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Marketing Automation and CRM: Utilize marketing automation tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to streamline marketing processes and improve lead nurturing.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, data science, or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications in data analytics and marketing are highly desirable.
  • Proven experience of 15-20 years in marketing and data analytics, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and leveraging data insights for business growth.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics tools such as Excel, Tableau, Python, or R Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing best practices, market research methodologies, and investment trends.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a collaborative and empowering management style.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
