About the Department

You will be part of the Marketing & Communications team at Invest India under the Startup India Initiative.

Key Responsibilities

  • To streamline and execute all the marketing related efforts for the Startup India program
  •  Designing and executing high impact marketing campaigns for new and existing programs
  • Track and monitor the campaign progress by creating dashboards - Be the voice of Startup India across all its social media platforms
  • Generate content for www.startupindia.gov.in, that would have an overall goal of increasing engagement with Startup India stakeholders and updating it regularly
  • Coordinating with the multiple agencies and stakeholders to ensure end to end effective execution of campaigns
  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports on the progress and analysing gaps to act upon
  • Ideating and executing new initiatives to increase the reach of Startup India initiatives and better stakeholder benefits

Qualifications

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in campaign management and digital marketing
  • Excellent communication skills
  •  Passionate to contribute & learn
  • Well versed with the nuances and functioning of the Social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram
  •  Efficient stakeholder management & attention to detail
  •  Strong business acumen to conceptualize content
  • Understand (and embrace) how brand and user strategy seamlessly converse in the modern marketing landscape
  • Ability to balance left/right brain methods to deliver effective, creative campaigns for various Startup India initiatives
