India Industrial Land Bank (IILB), national GIS land bank with over 3,800 industrial parks mapped across 4.70 lakh hectares of land out of which 1.09 lakh hectares of land is presently available for industrial use. To ensure the information gets updated on a real-time basis, the system is integrated with industry-based GIS systems of 34 States and UTs including private parks and Special Economic Zones.

An outreach session was organised with Industry Associations, chaired by Ms. Prerna Joshi, Joint Director, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT). The objective of the session was to introduce new features of IILB platform including successful integration with PM Gati Shakti integration and of IILB mobile app like Book a Live Demo, FAQs, Chatbot, Land Allotment links etc. The progress was appreciated by the Industry Associations, they also shared suggestions as way forward for IILB.
