The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) along with the office of the Principal Scientific Adviser (PSA) jointly organized an international conference on Waste to Worth. The conference included discussions on pertinent topics related to addressing India’s waste management challenges. The conference included discussions on best practices in sustainable waste management, e-waste, plastic waste, refuse-derived fuel, and solid waste management policy.  Potential solutions to address waste management were discussed and deliberated on at the conference.
