IIG partners with government stakeholders to build project pipelines and investment promotion
Invest India has actively collaborated with ministries, state governments and key public sector undertaking (PSUs) to build an opportunity pipeline by organizing capacity-building workshops. The sessions focus on detailed walkthroughs of the India Investment Grid (IIG) portal to ensure better monitoring, creating an investor-focused project pipeline and collaboration on project promotion to the global investor community. IIG hosts opportunities from all states/union territories (UTs) in India, and they range across 21 sectors and 70+ sub-sectors.
Invest India recently conducted a meeting with the Ministry of Civil Aviation (MoCA) and Airports Authority of India (AAI) to discuss investment promotion of their projects. It was attended by Joyanta Chakraborty, Director MoCA and Sujoy Dey, Airport Master Planner, AAI. The meeting discussed identifying marquee opportunities and targeted promotion of these projects to investors looking for investment opportunities in the aviation sector.
