Invest India organized multiple capacity-building workshops with National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) ministries and key Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs). The sessions focused on detailed walkthroughs of the enhancements made to the India Investment Grid (IIG) portal to better monitor and promoted the projects and build an investor-focused project pipeline. The importance of capturing better quality data for investment promotion was highlighted, focusing on populating sections relevant to investors, such as the ‘Tender Details’ and ‘Detailed Project Information’ sections. Further, the sessions were used to address and handhold the ministry through doubts and issues they faced during data updating. This exercise will boost the overall quality of the projects on the NIP portal and help Invest India target investors.
