About the Department
Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG.
We are looking for an experienced CRM Application Developer with experience in the software industry with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Power platform, Dot Net Technologies, Agile methodology.
Key Responsibilities
- Customizing & configuring Sales & Service Modules of MS D365 and ERP as per business requirements
- Experience in configuring Power apps, Plugins, Workflows, Business Process flows, Business Rules, Actions and Custom Workflow assemblies
- Experience in working on In-Bound and Out-Bound API (SOAP, REST)
- Hands-on experience in working with Microsoft .NET technologies, including Visual Studio.NET, SQL Server, XML, JavaScript, and Web Services.
- Strong experience in full SDLC from interpretation of requirements to testing and deployment to production
- Collaborate and communicate with a broad team of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring all viewpoints are accounted for and that solutions meet all requirements
- Prioritization and road-mapping of tasks related to product features, in conversation with multiple stakeholders
- Work with the design team to create the best user experience for the product features
- Troubleshoot, analyze, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Qualifications
- Graduation – B.Tech (IT, CS, ECE), MCA (Master of Computer Application)
- Relevant MS D365 certifications
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in MS suite (D365, ERP) of products including working on APIs
- Deep knowledge and experience with SaaS application products, technologies, and architecture
