About the Department

Invest India is the National Investment Promotion and Facilitation Agency under the Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India. It hosts teams working with various government initiatives such as Make in India, Startup India, AGNii, and PMG.

India Investment Grid (www.indiainvestmentgrid.gov.in) is an online platform developed and managed by Invest India to showcase investment opportunities in the government and private sectors across India to global investors. Acting as the gateway to investments in India, IIG is a critical initiative of the Government of India to attract investments and to promote ease of doing business. 

The National Infrastructure Pipeline (NIP) has also been launched by Hon’ble FM on IIG which will further enable prospective investors, both domestic and foreign, to access updated project-level information on infrastructure projects in India under the NIP.  

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be part of the marketing and outreach activities for IIG, with a focus on key investible opportunities under National Infrastructure Pipeline projects, other projects, Stressed Assets and CSR opportunities.  

Key result areas will include: 

  • Create content and short-form copy for different channels and formats, including, but not limited to emails, infographics, social media, YouTube channels, etc. 
  • Manage copy and design processes with design teams and consultants 
  • Planning, executing and monitoring social media campaigns  
  • Manage multiple projects and write and edit content for assets such as the company website, blogs, case studies, printed brochure content support for other asset types 
  • Research trends, news, and social media content for strategic use in content development 
  • Design and manage outreach campaigns across all channels including social media platforms, email marketing 

Attributes we are searching for:

  • Strong writing skills, with a deep understanding of B2B communication nuances 
  • Research mindset and drive for evidence-based communication  
  • An analytical foundation with meticulous attention to detail 
  • Comfort in building communication for multiple stakeholders ranging from corporates and governments across the world  

 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an institution in India or overseas.
  • Experience in B2B Marketing  
  • Experience in handling social media marketing programmes  
  • Understanding of SEO  
  • Experience in B2G/G2B industries
